The NAC (New Arts Collective) is a contemporary arts collective in a shared creative environment located in downtown Kelowna, B.C., the beautiful heart of the Okanagan Valley. Our professional resident artists are interested in growing and pursuing their individual art disciplines, as well as participating in and being supported by a collaborative group setting. The NAC is also a space for creating experiences; our studio engages the public with events, gallery shows, intimate concerts, and art instruction.
The NAC is a space for unlimited creativity, and the exploration of new art avenues and collaborations. We currently have 13 resident artists of various disciplines, scheduled events happening on a regular basis, and an "Event Room" available for event/ class/ workshop rental. New Arts Collective is passionate about creating and providing high caliber artworks, products, services, and events. Our goal is to create positive experiences for our community, and lasting friendships & collaborative partnerships.
The character and features of the space have been built up over the years; previously known as heARTschool Kelowna, and before that, as heritage office spaces. This second floor studio space features ten foot ceilings with handmade, industrial, found-object light fixtures, murals on the floors, and large beautiful windows overlooking the downtown core.
The NAC is a place where people can be creative, engage in conversation, and learn from some amazing and skilled individuals. Find out more by exploring our site, and welcome to the New Arts Collective! Please note that we are not wheelchair accessible.
